| Ans. | Most likely, there are too many people on our server at one time. This slows down our server and does not let you register in full. Please check back in an hour or two. |

| Ans. | You can check your email inbox for a welcome email from us. If you are able to view your registration information in your welcome email, then you have successfully registered as a member. |

| Q. | I did not receive a confirmation email. |

| Ans. | The confirmation email is automatically generated after you register. Sometimes, due to high web traffic, emails get lost. If you have not received your confirmation email within 24 hours after registration, please email out our “jobs@secretbuyer.net” in your safe list and write to us jobs@secretbuyer.net to let us know that you have not received your confirmation email. |
